What kind of commitment is required from you?

Weekly time investment

90 - 120 minutes (approx.)

  • 1 minute each day to focus on your daily affirmation.

Weekly

  • 20 minutes of relaxation time to focus on your Hypnotherapy session, recorded for you to keep and work into your schedule.

  • 60 - 90 Minutes to complete your weekly coaching session.

Program Delivery

This is an online coaching program with a new session emailed to you at the start of each week, to take in your own time.

Every Monday, you have the option to attend one of the two live 30-minute sessions where you can have your questions answered and get an overview of the next session. It also provides personal and group connection with your coach that supports you in maximising your enjoyment and fulfillment of your own EmpowerHer Journey 2024.
